Yomari
Yomari is a special food in Nepal that marking the end of the rice harvest./it takes in November or December during the full moon day to thank the god for good harvest.
Yomari is a pointed, fish-shaped dumpling that is made with rice dough stuffed with sesame seeds, molasses and a sweet paste made out of coconut. This is a very famous dish in Kathmandu and can also be made spicy with lentil.

Dhindho or Dhido is a staple meal in Nepal and various parts of India.It is a dish prepared by adding the flour to water while stirring.It is a thick porridge usuallyb eaten with pickles, curries and buttermilk.It is a popular dish in the rural areas of Nepal.

Gundruk is a fermented leafy green vegetable which acts as a side dish which goes well with dindo.It is used to make a soup.
Gundruk consists of green leafy vegetables,which are stored in pot.It is then to be pickled until the vegetables hav eundergone fermentation and released acidic juices.
Gorkhali Lamb
Gorkhali lamb is a dish which mostly preapred in winter that gives a pleasing and filling feeling.Gorkhali lamb normally prepared with lamb chops which are grilled on charcoal and later cooked with sauce with potatoes and onions.It was a slow process dish .It serveed with rice or roti.
